This lamp works best in a living room or sitting area, next to an armchair or a low coffee table, where it gives steady reading light. The Authentic Hand-Carved Solid Wood Twisted Floor Lamp combines a spiral-carved wooden column with a textured linen drum shade.
The neutral drum shade diffuses light upward and downward for an even, glare-free glow. It suits reading, conversation or simply winding down at the end of the day.
The column is hand-carved from a dense block of solid wood, with no veneer, and its spiral ridges are hand-sanded smooth. Deep vertical grain, knots and honey-amber tones show along its length.
The wooden column is heavy, so handle it with care when placing it. Height and proportions can be adjusted to your room, and thicker or slimmer carving is possible for an added cost.
Solid wood carries small tone shifts, grain whorls and slight seasonal movement, so each lamp has its own look. Every one is handcrafted to order.
Shipping is completely free on all U.S. orders. Every piece is built to order from solid hardwood, crated with reinforced timber framing, and delivered curbside by specialized freight.
