Along an accent wall beside a window or reading chair, this piece holds heavy book sets, stacked volumes and ceramics on level branch shelves. The Curved Trunk Botanical Wall Bookshelf grows from a carved root base on the floor, while its upper branches mount flush to the wall.
Each branch shelf is flattened and leveled to carry real weight, not just a few light objects. The asymmetric trunk and spreading canopy leave room for items of different heights.
Solid timber with no veneer, showing flowing grain, small knots and honey-amber undertones. The roots, trunk, twigs and small wooden leaf clusters are all shaped and sanded by hand.
Because of the weight of solid wood and loaded shelves, anchoring into wall studs or solid masonry is essential. Height, branch spread and shelf spacing can match your room, and thicker or slimmer carving is available for an added cost.
Tone and grain vary across real wood, and slight seasonal movement is natural, so each bookshelf is unique. It is handcrafted to order.
Shipping is completely free on all U.S. orders. Every piece is built to order from solid hardwood, crated with reinforced timber framing, and delivered curbside by specialized freight.
