The stack of books on the nightstand, the paperbacks on the floor, the pottery with nowhere to go: this is where they all end up. The Hand-Carved Solid Wood Tree Bookshelf gives them a home on curved and straight compartments set within a carved tree canopy.
Tiers of various shapes are built to bear real weight, so a big book collection and some heavier pottery can share the frame. The asymmetric canopy fills the wall and casts gentle shadows.
It is solid timber with no veneer, with flowing grain, branch knots and warm amber tones. Each branch, loop and the flared roots at the base are carved and sanded smooth by hand.
Next to a lounge chair or a sunny window, it turns a reading corner into a favorite spot. Height, spread and shelf spacing can follow your wall, and thicker or slimmer shelves are available for an added cost.
Real wood shifts a little in tone and grain and moves slightly with the seasons, so your bookshelf will be one of a kind. It is handcrafted to order.
Shipping is completely free on all U.S. orders. Every piece is built to order from solid hardwood, crated with reinforced timber framing, and delivered curbside by specialized freight.

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Any order arriving damaged, chipped, or with a workmanship flaw is repaired or replaced free of charge.

Solid hardwood, carved and finished by hand. Grain, knots and colour vary naturally from piece to piece - that is the character of real wood, not a defect. Made to order: we send you photos of the raw carving to approve before finishing; allow about 3-4 weeks door to door.
